MEET THE BOARD

Mark is the Managing Partner of Proscenium Events and has worked in live event marketing for close to 30 years. His clients include Harley-Davidson, Heineken, TelevisaUnivision, SAP, T-Mobile and Charles Schwab producing their most important events for their most important audiences. Mark has been in the US for over 22 years and lives in Scarsdale, NY with his wife Sharon, their son Max and two golden retrievers called Ever and Foster. Max is a client at Breakthrough. Mark has another son who is in his first year of medical school at SUNY Downstate in Brooklyn.

Jim is an advisor and consultant to families, family offices and private trust companies. He specializes in helping families in the planning, structuring, and organizing of these entities as well as developing a template for family ownership and governance. Mr. Ruddy is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. Jim and his wife, Terry, are closely involved with the Chapel Haven school in Connecticut, where their son, Colm, attends.

Wendy Belzberg is the mother of a daughter with developmental and cognitive delays. She works to promote and to ensure educational, vocational and social equity for all individuals with special needs. She is the founder of Inclusive Initiative, a group of stakeholders committed to making Bedford, NY, an inclusive community where everyone belongs. Belzberg serves as Chair of Bedford's Neurodiversity Task Force, President of the Bedford Riding Lanes Association, and Co-Chair of Bedford’s Open Space Committee.

Maureen is a retired orthopedic and pediatric nurse with experience in the hospital and private office settings.   She taught sign language to first grade in the four Port Chester elementary schools through the program "Literacy Through the Arts".  Maureen was a strong supporter for special needs students working with the district to improve community involvement and vocational skills while her son was in the public school system from age 6 through 21. Married for over 40 years, Maureen has eight grown children and fourteen grandchildren.  She enjoys gardening, reading, and researching health and wellness.  Her passion is relationships, supporting and nurturing family and close friends.

Mr. Marrinan has over 30 years of restaurant, retail and franchising experience. He currently serves as the President of Northeast and Board Member of TBG’s portfolio company, TBG Food Investors, a Dunkin’ Donuts franchisee operating company. He joined TBG Food Investors after spending 13 years at Canton, MA-based Dunkin’ Brands, the franchisor of Dunkin’ Donuts stores where he served as the Director of Franchise Services. Central Atlantic Region, responsible for approximately 600 stores and $600 million in revenue. Prior to Dunkin’ Brands, Mr. Marrinan spent 14 years at Texaco in the management of their retail operations.
